U11 (2016-2017)

U13 (2014-2015) 

U15 (2012-2013)

U17 (2010-2011)

U19 (2009-2008)

Senior (2007 and Older) 

Tournament Entry Fees:

U11 (2016-2017) $1000

U13 (2014-2015) $1000

U15 (2012-2013) $1000

U17 (2010-2011) $1000

• Provincial, State and A-Division teams will NOT be granted entry.
• Registration spots will NOT be held unless registration is complete and entry fees are paid in full. 
• Please note that we do NOT refund entry fees.
